/me Notices a citizen being beaten by the CCA.

Me : Audio Violation

Me : Face the wall.

Citizen : Faces the wall

** Citizen attemps to run away **

me : Gets a Pistol out

** Citizen enter appartments **

Me : follow citizen into appartments

Citizen : removes Pistol

** Shoots citizen in leg **

** Citizen jumps from window **

** Me looks the at window **

** Sees the citizen dead on the floor **

Me radios : Anti Citizen down.

radio : Affirmative.

/me walks down the street, and see's a citizen running.

/me runs after the citizen.

** the citizen stops after hearing the officers foot steps.**

Citizen: Wilfred Raid

**RCT.57743 patrols the nexus, Waiting for orders.
OfC.90005 radios in:"43, Patrol with me."
RCT.57743 radios in:"10-4."
**The two CCA's are patroling for a while when suddenly a citizen comes running around a corner.
**RCT.57743 was about to say: "Hold it right there!" but the OfC was faster.
OfC.90005 says: "Hold it right there! 43 you take this one."
**RCT.57743 nods and walks up to the citizen, "Citizen, Apply."
**The citizen keeps his mouth shut tightly.
**RCT.57743 raises his stunbaton up in the air and flicks it on.
RCT.57743 says: "Well? Name? CID?"
**The citizen still doesn't say anything.
**RCT.57743 hits him in the head with just a little force.
**The citizen feels that there is almost no force and smiles.
**OfC.90005 also flicks his stunstick on and hits the citizen with a lot of force "Apply!"
**The citizen says:"Arg! Okay, Okay! Wilfred Raid, 23123"
**OfC.90005 says:"Haha." but the RCT stays quiet.
